No complicated onboarding and no homework you don't have time for.

  1. We start with a kickoff conversation

    We go over your services, your service area, the jobs you want more of, and anything you already have (photos, logins, your current website). You will get a realistic timeline before we start.

  2. We build and set things up

    Your website, Google Business Profile, and the other pieces in your plan. If your plan includes ads or the AI receptionist, we set those up and agree on an ad budget with you.

  3. You review it before it goes live

    Nothing launches without you seeing it first. We make adjustments until it represents your business the right way.

  4. We keep it running and keep you in the loop

    Monthly reports in plain English, regular check-ins based on your plan, and direct access to me whenever you have a question.

Owning your website vs. hosting it

These are two different things, and we want you to know exactly how both work.

You own your website
The website and the custom content we create for it belong to you from day one. (Third-party pieces like licensed fonts, stock photos, or plugins follow their own licenses.) There is never a buyout fee.
We host it while your plan is active
Hosting and maintenance are part of your monthly plan. That is how your site stays online, secure, and up to date.
If you cancel
You still own the website. Our hosting stops when your plan ends, so the site may go offline unless you move it. Just ask, and we'll transfer it to you at no charge. You'll need your own hosting (Vercel works, and it's what we use), and you cover any domain registrar or transfer fees.
Late payments
If a payment is more than 30 days overdue, hosting may be paused after we give you notice. We would much rather talk it through first.
Phone numbers and outside accounts
Phone numbers and some tools are provided by outside companies and follow their rules. If you leave, we will walk you through your options for each one.

This is a plain-English summary. Your service agreement spells out the full terms before you sign up.

Questions owners ask

Is there a setup fee?

No. None of our plans have a setup fee. You pay the monthly plan price, plus your own ad spend if your plan includes advertising.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Every plan is month-to-month with no minimum commitment, and you can cancel anytime without a cancellation penalty. We'd rather earn your business every month than hold you to a contract.

Who owns my website?

You do, from day one. That includes the website and the custom content we create for it, subject to the licenses on any third-party pieces like stock photos or fonts. There is no buyout fee.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep ownership of your website. Because hosting is part of the active plan, our hosting stops when your plan ends and the site may go offline unless you move it. Ask, and we'll transfer it to you at no charge. You'll need your own hosting (such as Vercel), and you cover any domain registrar or transfer costs. For phone numbers and other accounts with outside providers, we'll walk you through your options, which depend on each provider's rules.

Is advertising spend included?

No. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google and Meta, separate from our fee, so you see every dollar. Our fee covers managing both Google ads and Facebook/Instagram ads in Customer Growth and Marketing Partner.

How much should I spend on advertising?

There's no set minimum. It depends on your trade, your area, the jobs you want, and what a new customer is worth to you. We'll recommend a starting budget that makes sense, only turn on the platforms that fit, and adjust as we learn what works. You always make the final call on the budget.

Do I have to learn complicated software?

No. New leads come to you by text. On Customer Growth and Marketing Partner there is a simple lead tracker where you mark whether a job was won or lost. We will show you how, and it takes about a minute. Everything else, we handle.

How will I know whether the marketing is working?

Every plan includes a monthly report in plain English. Customer Growth adds lead tracking and a monthly strategy call where we go over leads, estimates, new customers, and costs. Marketing Partner adds revenue and return-on-ad-spend reporting where it can be measured. When something isn't working, we'll tell you and change it.

Can I call or text with questions?

Yes. Every plan includes direct call and text access, with replies during normal business hours. Marketing Partner includes priority support, with a target response within four business hours. That is a target, not a guarantee, and it does not mean 24/7.

Does the AI receptionist replace my personal phone number?

No. The AI receptionist answers calls to a dedicated business number that we set up and publish on your website, Google profile, and ads. Your personal cell keeps working exactly the way it does today. Calls made directly to your personal number aren't screened.

Will I get surprise bills for AI or phone usage?

No. Normal AI phone answering, call handling, and texting are included in your monthly fee, with no per-minute invoices. If usage is ever far outside normal, we will talk with you first. Any additional charge or change to your service needs your approval in advance.
